Rebekah Morgan
Rebekah began her career in 1999 in the field of physical rehabilitation as a physical therapist assistant. She is professionally trained in anatomy, physiology, and exercise medicine, all of which she has drawn on to help hundreds of people return to wellness and an improved quality of life.
Pilates has been an enjoyable part of Rebekah's life since 2001. She immediately fell in love with the method and obtained fantastic physical results in a short period of time. In 2004, feeling a need to progress further, she began to take private Pilates lessons. Through her own experience, Rebekah realized that Pilates not only led to peak fitness but also improved posture and efficiency of movement, reduced pain, and brought a greater sense of well-being.
When Rebekah decided to share her experience with others, she became a certified Pilates instructor. She accomplished this by completing the Levels-I program of classical training as a Pilates instructor with Peak Pilates of Boulder, Colorado, a premier organization. She continued on to complete the Peak Pilates Professional Certification program; completing Levels-I, II, and III. She was now fully prepared to combine her teaching and therapy skills to help those with physical problems as well as those who want to get in shape, lose inches, and improve self-esteem.
Rebekah also uses her Pilates training and techniques to treat patients with various physical disabilities in her professional role as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Rebekah brings all of her out-going, energetic, and compassionate personality to her sessions. She welcomes clients of all fitness levels to begin studying Pilates and is intent on helping her clients achieve their personal goals.
Peggy Chase
Peggy began practicing Pilates in 2007 to attempt to reduce pain resulting from a herniated disc in the lower back.
She not only significantly reduced her pain but experienced many other benefits including better posture, improved fitness and an increase in her overall sense of well-being.
After leaving her 22-year career in Executive Management for the State of Pennsylvania in 2008, she decided to follow her passions and pursue a career in wellness. She hopes to make a positive difference in the lives of as many people as possible.
Peggy received her Level I certification with Peak Pilates in February 2009. She is also trained as a nutrition and health counselor, which is a natural extension of her work in Pilates.
